Jack supplements his team training with specialized GK training with Barry Peterson and Joshua Adams.
His U16 Vasco Da Gama FC team reached the quarter finals of the FN Rangers Tournament
Jack registered as U16 Goalkeeper for Vasco Da Gama FC
2025
Jack was selected for the Northern Districts School Football U17 team to compete in the 2026 Brebner High School Soccer Tournament
He attended the Football Union Showcase in December 2025
Jack attended a Pre-CAF D Soccer Coaches Training Coarse
Jack played as U19 GK at Kearsney College Football Tournament in Durban during June 2025 and was selected to the Tournament Team list. He was also selected to attend the BRSI Spain Invitational 2026.
Jack registered as a U16 Goalkeeper for Hanover Park FC in 2025
Jack worked with Goalkeeper coach Morne Crumpton to further improve his game
2024
December 2024 saw Jack further finetune his football skills with elite level coaching from international professional players and coaches at the Football Union Showcase in Dinokeng. He was presented with the Outstanding GK Performance Award by Alex Heredia at the closing ceremony. Later that month, Jack attended the FC Porto Camp in Cape Town.
In June 2024 Jack attended a specialized goalkeeping clinic in Cape Town with elite goalkeeping coach and international professional goalkeeper, Darren Keet.
Jack signed a player contract with the prestigious Young Bafana Soccer Academy in February 2024.
2023
In October 2023 Jack received the GOLDEN GLOVE AWARD for the best keeper across all age groups at De Beers AFC.
Playing 20 league games with 11 clean sheets, Jack Hilton conceded the fewest goals during the 2023 league season; the lowest number of conceded goals in his entire club.
In October 2023, the U13 Northern District Schools Football Touring team (with Jack as goalkeeper) were runners up at the South African Schools Combined Football Associations Festival (SASCFA) held in Durban.
Jack joined the Andre Bronkhorst Goalkeeping Academy in June 2023.
He has also trained with Sage Stevens (Stellenbosch First Choice Keeper) and Alex Heredia Former Bafana Bafana Goalkeeper Coach | FIFA- CAF Instructor.
He played as goalkeeper for his school (Generation Hermanus) and in May 2023 was selected for the Northern Districts School U13 Football Tour.
2022
Jack started one-on-one training with Goalkeeping Coach Joshua Adams in October 2022.
In April 2022 he joined De Beers AFC U12.
2021
A keen surfer, skateboarder, BMX, mountain bike and motor cross rider, Jack started playing football socially at Hermanus Hotspurs in June 2021.
